Well, after a very anticipated wait, we are finally on the road!! The beginning of our adventure.
Leaving was very bittersweet, although we are very excited for our trip, it was very difficult leaving family and friends. Driving away from home was very strange, knowing it was for the last time, it just seems like we are going on a trip and then will return to our home of 26 years.

Our first night we spent in Quartzsite, AZ, strange little town, but provided us with what we needed, REST...after an emotional goodbye. We are anxious to see where the road takes us.
